  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced Can be substituted with mushrooms or zucchini.
  • 1 cup onion, sliced Use any onion variety to taste.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Dairy-free cream cheese can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Substitute with any low-carb cheese.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 package keto-friendly wrap or low-carb dough

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prep your workspace and gather all ingredients and tools, including a large skillet, spatula, and baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the beef, stirring and cooking until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Incorporate cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheeses melt and the mixture is combined.

Preparation of Rolls

  • Lay out the keto-friendly wraps or low-carb dough on a flat surface, rolling them out if necessary.
  • Scoop about 1/2 cup of the filling onto each wrap and roll tightly, placing them seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara, alongside fresh salads or roasted vegetables. These rolls can be made ahead and are perfect for leftovers.
