  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed brown sugar for sweetness.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature for better incorporation.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips For topping and mixing.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the monster cookie dough, ensuring chunks remain intact.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the edges are firm and the center jiggles slightly.
  • Let the pie cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.

Serving
