  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 large Eggs

Other Ingredients

  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs, preferably panko
  • ½ cup Flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour
  • 1 can Pineapple, crushed
  • ¼ cup Mustard
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar, apple cider
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather and chop all the ingredients, measuring as needed.
  • Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes).
  • Meanwhile, sauté chopped onions and garlic in butter until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Steam green beans until bright green and tender (5-7 minutes).
  • Make cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk until thickened. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Combine cooked potatoes, cheese sauce, and crumbled bacon in a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
  • Prepare coleslaw by mixing cabbage, carrots, and dressing (apple cider vinegar, mustard, and sugar).
  • Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Mix crushed pineapple with brown sugar for a glaze.

Serving
