  • 250 g Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 200 g Milk Chocolate

  • Gather your ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • Break the Toblerone bars into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the Toblerone in 30-second bursts, stirring between until completely melted and smooth.
  • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and the melted Toblerone, then blend until fully combined.
  • Place the mixture in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once firm, roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a prepared tray.
  • Freeze the formed balls for another 30 minutes.
  • Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, using 30-second bursts until smooth.
  • Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate until evenly coated and place them back on the tray.
  • Chill the coated balls in the freezer for an additional 30 minutes until set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving if frozen.
