Ingredients
  

Chicken & Wrap Filling

  • 2 large chicken breasts about 1 pound total, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place seasoned chicken strips in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Assemble the wraps: place spinach and mozzarella onto each tortilla, then top with cooked chicken strips.
  • Roll tortillas tightly, tucking in sides. Spray the outside lightly with oil spray.
  • Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes until tortillas are golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

For variations, try using cheddar instead of mozzarella, adding roasted peppers, or swapping tortillas with lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.
