Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye) cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.

  • In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Arrange the coated steak pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for doneness—130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time if needed.
  • Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili flakes or a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the garlic butter. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice for a full meal. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
