Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and cube the chicken breast.
  • Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and toss with cornstarch until fully coated.

Sauce Mixture

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Carefully dip each coated chicken piece into the sauce, ensuring they are well-covered.

  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Ensure the chicken reaches a crispy golden brown and is fully cooked (at least 165°F).

Notes
