Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (or buffalo/wing sauce) adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • cooking spray or olive oil (for air-fryer basket)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the filling mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
  • Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down into the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, until the tortillas are golden brown and crisp and the cheese is melted inside.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let the wraps cool for 1 minute, then serve hot. Optional: serve with extra hot sauce or ranch for dipping.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the hot sauce or substitute with mild buffalo sauce. You can also add diced bell peppers or onions into the filling for extra texture. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
