Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt plus extra for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into a tart pan, spreading evenly along the bottom and sides.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and melted.
  • Add sugar and sea salt, stirring until fully combined.
  • Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust, spreading evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Sprinkle with extra sea salt before serving and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil and heavy cream with coconut cream. Add toppings like fresh berries or crushed nuts for texture and color.
