  • Dice the apples into small cubes and set aside to prevent browning.
  • Prepare cranberries by rinsing fresh ones; measure out dried cranberries.
  • Chop walnuts into smaller pieces for even crunch.
  • Slice red onion thinly and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add mixed greens.
  • Mix in the diced apples, cranberries, chopped walnuts, and sliced red onions. If using feta cheese, sprinkle it on top.
