  • 1 cup grapes, halved

  • ½ cup celery, diced

Nuts and Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup pecans, chopped Can substitute with walnuts or omitted for nut-free.
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise Vegan mayonnaise can be used for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice For freshness and acidity.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the apples and grapes thoroughly. Dice the apples into small, bite-sized pieces and halve the grapes.
  • Chop the pecans to your desired size—whole or roughly chopped.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and dice the celery. Combine these ingredients in a large bowl.

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Combine

  • Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.

Chill

  • Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
