  • 2 medium Honeycrisp apples diced
  • 4 cups mixed greens such as spinach, arugula, or spring mix
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup pecans toasted
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
  • Dice the Honeycrisp apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced apples, crumbled feta, and toasted pecans.
  • Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Notes
