Ingredients
  

Eggs & avocado base

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 large ripe avocado

Flavorings & seasonings

  • ½ lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder or paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a mixing bowl; set egg whites aside.
  • Add avocado, lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt into the yolks. Mash and mix until smooth and creamy. Add more sour cream if needed for desired consistency.
  • Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle chili powder or paprika over the top, and garnish with extra cilantro if desired.

Notes
