Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper any color, chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • fresh cilantro chopped, to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure they are fresh and ripe.
  • Wash and peel the avocado and mango, then dice them into bite-sized cubes.
  • Finely chop the red onion and bell pepper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the avocado, mango, red onion, and bell pepper.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Add chopped cilantro, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything gently again and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

This salad is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 1 day. For a twist, add chopped nuts, pomegranate seeds, or a touch of chili powder for extra flavor. Avoid overripe avocados to maintain a firm, creamy texture.
