Ingredients
  

  • 4 bagels halved
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut bagels in half and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives until creamy.
  • Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread mixture evenly over each bagel half.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm, garnished with extra chives if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese. For a vegetarian twist, replace bacon with mushrooms or spinach.
