Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs parsley or chives, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed crackers or nuts for coating

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, soften cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Mix well to combine.
  • Fold in chopped bacon and fresh herbs until evenly distributed.
  • Shape mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Roll each cheeseball in crushed crackers or nuts until fully coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.

Notes

Customize the flavor by swapping cheddar for pepper jack, adding jalapeños for spice, or using turkey bacon. For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.
