  • 1 piece avocado, sliced Add more or less according to preference.
  • 1 piece lime, juiced Can substitute with lemon juice for different flavor.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and kitchen tools, ensuring your oven is ready.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and Cajun seasoning, mixing well.
  • Coat the salmon fillets with the Cajun mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated salmon on it.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon bakes, slice the avocado and prepare lime juice in a small bowl.

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and serve hot, topped with sliced avocado and a drizzle of lime juice.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste just before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding cayenne or crushed nuts as a topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
