Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sweet pimentos, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully integrated and smooth.
  • If you like a bit of heat, mix in cayenne pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a disposable foil pan, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
