Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with canola, vegetable, or avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used (about 2-3 cloves).
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and equipment. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean your workspace.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  • Take your pork chops and pat them dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture generously onto both sides of each pork chop.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet. Ensure there’s space between each chop.

Cooking

  • Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

Serving

  • Serve the baked pork chops with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Cleanup

  • Soak the baking sheet if there’s any residue and clean your workspace.

Notes
