Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Ricotta Topping

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic until well mixed.
  • Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Bake uncovered for 28–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables, pasta, or a simple green salad. You can add lemon zest or red pepper flakes to the ricotta mixture for extra flavor.
