  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Coconut aminos can be used for gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your rice is already cooked and set aside. Chop the green onions and cilantro ahead of time for quick assembly.

Cooking the Turkey

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until it is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula for even cooking.

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

Combining Ingredients

  • Once the turkey is fully cooked, remove it from the heat. Pour the sauce mixture over the turkey and stir until well combined.
