  • 4 large tortillas Gluten-free tortillas can be used for a gluten-free option
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro Fresh cilantro adds a bright flavor

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and preparing them for assembly.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Stir thoroughly and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix with ranch dressing and mix until well-coated.

Assembly

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Add a generous portion of BBQ chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer coleslaw mixture over the BBQ chicken.
  • Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  • Slice the wrap in half for easier handling and serve immediately.

Notes

Great for meal prep. Wrap each individual wrap tightly for storage. They stay fresh in the fridge for up to three days.
