  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained 20 oz can recommended.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Use homemade or store-bought.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Enhance flavor of chicken and bacon.
  • as needed Skewers Soak wooden skewers in water before using.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into uniform chunks and season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • Wrap each chunk of chicken tightly with a slice of bacon.
  • Take the soaked skewers and thread the bacon-wrapped chicken chunks alternating with pineapple pieces.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the assembled skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
