Ingredients
  

Beef and Broccoli

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced against the grain
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional, for thicker sauce
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch if using.
  • Add sliced beef to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread broccoli on the sheet pan, drizzle lightly with oil, season with salt and pepper, then add beef mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until beef is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Swap flank steak for sirloin if preferred.
