Ingredients
  

Slaw

  • 3 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 mango ripe, julienned
  • ½ cup carrot shredded
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mango, carrot, red onion, and cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to combine.
  • Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

Add jalapeño for a spicy kick or peanuts for extra crunch. Best served fresh.
