  • 200 g Biscoff cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 100 g cream cheese Can substitute with vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option
  • 200 g dark chocolate Can use milk or white chocolate if preferred
  • to taste Cocoa powder For dusting

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff cookies with the cream cheese until smooth.

Shaping

  • Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch diameter balls.
  • Place the formed truffles on a baking sheet.

Chilling

  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Dipping

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave in 20-second bursts or in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the dipped truffles back to the baking sheet.
  • Dust with cocoa powder before the chocolate hardens.

Setting

  • Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate sets, about 15-20 minutes.
