Ingredients
  

Cake Batter

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • cup milk
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg

Streusel Topping

  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter cold
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, milk, sugar, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the coffee cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add chopped nuts or a simple powdered sugar glaze for extra flavor. Best served warm with coffee or tea.
