Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak Sliced against the grain for tenderness.
  • 1 piece bell pepper Sliced.
  • 1 piece onion Sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Tortillas corn or flour, based on preference For wrapping.

Optional Toppings

  • to taste cheese Shredded or sliced.
  • to taste sour cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  • Slice the bell pepper and onion into strips.

Seasoning

  • In a medium bowl, toss the sliced steak with olive oil and fajita seasoning until evenly coated.

Grilling

  • Preheat your Blackstone grill on medium-high heat.
  • Once the grill is hot, add the seasoned steak and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until browned and lightly charred.
  • Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the grill and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.

Tortillas

  • While the steak and veggies are finishing, warm the tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds on each side.

Assembly

  • Once cooked, assemble the fajitas by placing steak and veggies onto a tortilla.
  • Top with salsa, guacamole, cheese, or sour cream to your liking.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Warm in a skillet to reheat.
