  • ½ tsp cinnamon Can add more to taste.

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients, ensuring cream cheese is softened.
  • Cube the bread just before use to maintain freshness.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in milk and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the cubed bread and blueberries, ensuring all bread is coated.

Baking

  • Grease a baking dish thoroughly and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving
