  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Can use frozen blueberries but pat dry

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  • Measure out the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, fresh blueberries, and lemon. Zest the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Baking

  • Spread the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about a half-inch thick.
  • Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the top and press them lightly into the yogurt.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 3 to 4 hours until solid.

Serving

  • Remove from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into pieces. Adjust size based on preference.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
