  • 2 cups fresh blueberries Do not thaw if using frozen
  • 2 large eggs At room temperature

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your cake pan.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.

Baking
