Ingredients
  

For the Flatbreads

  • 4 pieces Flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

For the Filling

  • 1 pound Sausage (bulk or links, casings removed)
  • 1 package Sausage gravy or use homemade
  • 6 slices Crispy bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Cheese (optional): shredded cheddar or your favorite

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and prep them. Remove sausage from casings if using links, and chop any vegetables you might want to add. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking the Base

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked.

Making the Gravy

  • Prepare the sausage gravy in the same skillet or another, mixing thoroughly with the cooked sausage.

Cooking the Bacon

  • In a separate skillet, cook the bacon on medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Cooking the Eggs

  • In the same skillet after removing the bacon grease, crack the eggs and cook them to your liking.

Assembling the Flatbreads

  • Spread a layer of sausage gravy over each flatbread. Top with cooked sausage, crispy bacon, and eggs.

Baking

  • Place the assembled flatbreads on a baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the Breakfast Flatbreads Sausage Bacon immediately, garnished with herbs or hot sauce as desired.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free flatbreads. You can add veggies or different cheeses as desired.
