  • 1 wheel wheel of brie cheese (8 ounces) Choose a good-quality brie for the best flavor.
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce Homemade or store-bought works great.
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans Adds a delightful crunch.
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary For a fragrant garnish.
  • 1 baguette baguette Slice for serving alongside the brie.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Put your wheel of brie cheese in the center of a baking dish.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce generously over the top of the brie.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  • Place fresh rosemary sprigs on top.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • While the brie bakes, slice the baguette into bite-sized pieces.
  • Once the brie is done, serve it warm with your sliced baguette on the side.

Notes

For a nut-free version, swap pecans with sunflower seeds or omit them altogether. For gluten-free, serve with gluten-free crackers or bread. Consider a plant-based cheese alternative for a vegan option.
