  • 2 pieces eggs Flax eggs can be used for vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam the chopped broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Let the broccoli cool slightly and then chop it finely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli with cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Baking

  • Roll the mixture into balls about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  • Arrange the balls on a lined or greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
