Preparation

  • Start by washing and chopping your broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Use your hands to form small rounds or patties about the size of a golf ball.

Baking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Carefully place the formed rounds on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake the Broccoli Cheese Rounds for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes
