Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (hot sauce)
- ½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing) optional swap

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar + Monterey Jack blend)
- Optional: crumbled blue cheese or chopped green onions for topping for extra flavor
