Ingredients
  

  • 12 buns slider buns soft, slightly sweet
  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • ½ cup Frank’s Hot Buffalo Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp butter melted, optional for brushing
  • celery and carrots optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Place bottom halves of slider buns in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Cover with top halves of buns. Brush with melted butter if desired.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are warm.
  • Remove from oven, slice into sliders, and serve with celery and carrots.
  • Optional: Add toppings like jalapeños, pickles, or ranch drizzle.

Notes

For extra heat, use a hotter sauce or add red pepper flakes. For a milder version, mix buffalo sauce with a bit of ranch or cream cheese. Great for using up leftover rotisserie chicken!
