  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese) Optional

Preparation

  • Prep your workspace and gather all ingredients and tools.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well-coated.
  • Lay tortillas flat; warm slightly in a microwave if desired.
  • Take a portion of the chicken mixture and place it in the center of each tortilla. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • Repeat the process until all tortillas are filled.
  • Optional: Slice wraps in half and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, optionally with extra ranch dressing or veggies on the side.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead of time and customized for dietary preferences. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
