Ingredients
  

Base

  • 250 g digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g unsalted butter melted

Mousse Filling

  • 400 ml double cream cold
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 g Cadbury Flake chocolate crushed

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure the cream is chilled.
  • Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Press the biscuit mixture into a tart pan to form the base. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Whip the double cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Cadbury Flake chocolate until well combined.
  • Pour the mousse over the chilled tart base and smooth the surface.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Before serving, top with chocolate shavings and slice to serve.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality Cadbury Flake chocolate and avoid over-whipping the cream. You can substitute gluten-free biscuits or use coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
