Ingredients
  

Boiled Eggs

  • 6 large eggs

Spicy Garlic Butter

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika smoked or regular
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9–10 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely. Peel and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Add the peeled eggs to the skillet and gently toss until fully coated in the spicy garlic butter.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra heat, increase cayenne or add red pepper flakes. These eggs are great served over rice, toast, or as a protein-packed snack.
