Ingredients
  

Cajun Chicken Linguine

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
  • Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss until well coated.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control the spice level. Add shrimp for a surf-and-turf variation.
