Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade

Cannoli Filling

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese whole milk, drained
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • orange zest optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and orange zest if using.
  • Spoon the cannoli filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  • Smooth the top and cover the pie.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  • Slice and serve chilled. Garnish with extra chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

For best texture, drain ricotta overnight. You can also add chopped pistachios for extra crunch.
