Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted

Filling

  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just blended.
  • Gently fold in diced apples and cinnamon to the cheesecake mixture.
  • Pour the filling over the crust in the pan, smoothing it evenly.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce atop the filling and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing.
