Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg

Toppings

  • ice cubes to fill glass
  • whipped cream optional
  • extra caramel drizzle for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool completely. Refrigerate if needed.
  • In a tall glass, combine chilled coffee, apple cider, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Stir vigorously until well blended.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel, if desired.
  • Insert a straw and enjoy immediately before the ice melts.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped cream and vegan caramel sauce. Swap apple cider with pear juice for a fruity variation. Adjust sweetness with extra caramel or a splash of vanilla syrup.
