Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain slightly soft.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then make an indentation in each cookie using the back of a spoon.
Pipe or spoon green buttercream frosting into each indentation to resemble bubbling potion.
Top with chocolate chips or candies for decoration. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–5 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
