Ingredients
  

Cookie Base

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs large
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Decoration

  • 1 cup green buttercream frosting
  • chocolate chips or candies for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  • Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain slightly soft.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then make an indentation in each cookie using the back of a spoon.
  • Pipe or spoon green buttercream frosting into each indentation to resemble bubbling potion.
  • Top with chocolate chips or candies for decoration. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–5 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
