  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 piece egg
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for lemon drizzle
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for lemon drizzle

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Assembly

  • Unroll one can of crescent rolls and lay half of them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing seams together.
  • In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the layer of crescent rolls.
  • Unroll the remaining crescent rolls and cover the filling layer, pressing seams together.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
