  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (any type)
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prepare Ingredients: Shred the cooked chicken and chop the lettuce and tomatoes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2 – Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Step 3 – Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat and spoon an equal amount of chicken mixture into the center of each. Add lettuce and diced tomatoes on top.
  • Step 4 – Wrap: Fold the sides inward, then roll the tortilla tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.
  • Step 5 – Bake: Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly golden.
  • Step 6 – Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then slice in half and serve warm with extra ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These wraps are perfect for meal prep—store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months. To make it vegetarian, replace the chicken with black beans or roasted veggies. For extra flavor, sprinkle paprika or cumin into the filling mixture before baking.
