Ingredients

Dough and Base

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough

Cheeses

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Meats

  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked sausage crumbles

Vegetables

  • ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

Sauce and Seasoning

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prep your workspace and ingredients: Ensure your kitchen workspace is clean and gather all necessary ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and roll it into a large rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce, then layer with pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
  • Carefully and tightly roll the dough into a log, pinching the seams to ensure they are sealed.
  • Place the rolled garbage bread seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with extra marinara for dipping, and store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
