Ingredients
  

For the pizza bombs

  • 1 package pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup marinara sauce For dipping
  • to taste olive oil For brushing
  • to taste Parmesan cheese For sprinkling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut the rolled-out dough into squares, about 3-4 inches wide.
  • In the center of each dough square, place a piece of mozzarella cheese followed by a few slices of pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle a touch of Italian seasoning over the pepperoni and cheese.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly brush the tops of the pizza bombs with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These pizza bombs can be refrigerated or frozen. For freezing, place them on a baking sheet to freeze solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe container.
