Preparation

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Shred the chicken, then set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Evenly scatter the biscuit pieces over the chicken filling.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously atop the biscuit pieces.

Baking

  • Put the casserole in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
